Dave Mansfield is the mastermind behind the Three Brothers Wineries & Estates campus. If you've never had the chance to meet Dave, you're missing out. His enthusiasm, energy and excitement are contagious.
Luanne Mansfield, Owner
When it comes to patience, this woman is the queen! Her support and generosity are endless; from her charity work to her day-to-day role at the winery. Luanne fits in the category of "Super Woman Rockstar" in our book.
John Wilkens, Vineyard Manager and Assistant Winemaker
When John joined our team, he immediately fit right in. Known for his calm demeanor and patience he's a really likable guy. As a Cornell grad, he knows his stuff when it comes to plant management and wine. Come on, a guy with a beard like this?! How could your resist?
Tony Cordova, Head Brewer
The newest addition to our team, Tony comes from a background of a pretty impressive beer making portfolio. We're excited to get to know him and even more thrilled that by this time next year we'll be making our beer on-site!
Jon Mansfield, Director of Brewery Operations
Jon has worked at the winery since it's inception on summer breaks and winter breaks from high school right through his college career at Ohio State University. He's super enthusiastic and knowledgeable about all things beer. Jon's sense of humor is one of the things we like most about him- he's also got a great head of hair.
Katharine Korona, General Manager
A long time employee of TBW, Kat started her career here unknowingly as a summer intern. After she graduated from LeMoyne University, we immediately offered her the job. She's what we would describe as "dangerously optimistic" and we love her for it; she always sees the light in every situation. She runs a lean mean show and we're lucky to have her.
Michaela Myers, VP of Operations
Michaela is the queen of all things operational at TBW. She's quick, responsive and super sarcastic. After graduating from college with a degree in Japanese (which we haven't quite figured out how to put to use... yet), she joined the team at TBW. Michaela organizes all of our off-site shows for Mac, we give her MAJOR props for that.
Lauren Brannan, Customer Relations
Lifesaver. The phones ring NON-STOP at the winery... this woman answers the phone with a positive attitude every single time. Would you be surprised if we told you that she received some of her training from Disney World?! Aside from having the phone permanently affixed to her ear, Lauren is a Gift Basket Diva. We miss Lauren oh-so-much when she has a day off.
Cassie Clack, Tasting Room Manager
Likely the spunkiest person on the team, Cassie is the only fork truck certified woman at TBW #girlpower. Usually you can find her managing on our busiest weekends at Bagg Dare Wine Co. Cassie also helps at our Eastview Mall location during the holiday season.
Barb Lewis, Visual Merchandising and Tasting Room Manager
Barb is the creativity behind the displays you see in the TBW gift shops. We joke sometimes about taking her Pinterest account away because she always has a project for us! She works with our Eastview Mall Team too; creating window displays for each season. Her latest project has been creating gift baskets for our kiosk this holiday. Phew, we're tired just thinking about how busy Barb is.
Erica Paolicelli, Partner
Erica helped open the winery in 2007 and has seen it grow from the countries smallest tasting room to the most visited winery in the Finger Lakes. Fresh out of college, she joined Dave and Luanne to help make their dreams become reality and in 2012 partnered with them! Leading the pack at TBW isn't always easy, but it sure is fun.
Rick Clement, MacGyver/Winemaker
Rick is the most handy person to have around in a lot of situations. If it's not working right, if you need to build a building or if the wine needs to be filtered he can do it. A recovering sugar-addict, Rick has most recently found a love for healthy meals! Bottling-line expert/ man-of-many-traits, he's been with the company since 2007.
Justin Paolicelli, Winemaker
Justin joined our team as our Vineyard Manager, with a passion for wine and now manages all of our cellar operations. Aside from making our huge portfolio of wine, he's making hard cider and soda! He's a pretty serious guy most of the time- known for being a neat freak in the cellar. His nickname of "GQ" was assigned because he's always the best dressed in the cellar... a winemaker with style, what more could we ask for?
