1. 2019 Gruner Veltliner Blanc de Blanc (dry Methode Champenoise sparkling wine): Made with 100% estate Gruner Veltliner. Notes of Meyer lemon with hints of white pepper are supported by a gentle bubble and light, toasty note.
2. 2019 Reserve Riesling (dry white wine): Aromas of white peach, lime blossom, freshly squeezed oranges and flint give way to a beautiful dense and balanced palate of lemons that finishes on a structural note.
3. 2019 Blaufränkisch (dry red wine): A nose of red cherry and black currant lead to a lush palate of bouquet garni, plums, and smoke.
