Dine with our brewers Pete Achilles, Garret Meakin and our production manager Justin Paolicelli at farm style tables in the War Horse production facility.

FIRST COURSE:

Harvest Vegetable Salad – Brussels Sprouts, Cabbage, Broccoli, Kale, Carrots, Onion, Sweet Drop Pepper, Toasted Almond, Cranberry, Maple Vinaigrette (GF/V)

Paired with War Horse Light & Red Apple Bombshell Rosé Hard Cider

SECOND COURSE:

Pumpkin Curry “Chowder” – Blistered Heirloom Tomato, Roasted Butternut Squash, Crispy Garbanzo Beans (GF/V)

Paired with War Horse Double Dan &  Red Apple Bombshell Original Hard Cider

THIRD COURSE:

Cider Glazed Pork Loin – Braised Red Cabbage, Apples, Parsnip Puree (GF)

Cider Glazed “Hen of the Woods” Mushrooms – Braised Red Cabbage, Apples, Parsnip Puree (GF/V)

Paired with War Horse Royal Kilt Inspector Scotch Ale & Red Apple Bombshell Cane Mutiny Hard Cider

FOURTH COURSE:

Sixlets Chocolate Torte - Raspberry Preserve, Stout Ganache (V)

Paired with War Horse Sixlets and Soldiers Chocolate Stout & Three Brothers Apple Pommeau (fortified cider)
