Terms of Service:

By joining Hello Wine you certify the following...

  • You are at least 21 years of age and understand that wines may only be shipped to and signed for by adults age 21 years or older. Age verification and a signature of an adult 21+ years of age are required at the time of delivery. Carriers make three delivery attempts before returning orders to Three Brothers Wineries & Estates (Hello Wine headquarters)
  • Hello Wine can only be shipped to the following states: NY, PA, MA, OH, NC, CA, NH & FL. Orders made to any states not listed here will be canceled and fully refunded.
  • Substitutions for wines or "extras" are not permitted. If you receive something in your box that's not your style...re-gift. 
  • It is your obligation to notify Hello Wine/Three Brothers Wineries of any billing or shipping changes prior to the 1st of the next shipping month or any earlier deadlines specified in an advance email notification prior to the kit release. Extra shipping charges incurred due to an incorrect address, delivery interception, and shipments returned to Hello Wine will be charged to your account.

Return Policy

If a shipment is damaged in transit we will replace the product at no additional charge. If the wine is corked from the winery, we will replace the bottle at no charge. On the rare occasion members receive the wrong product, a discount is offered, or the shipment can be returned at no-charge to the member.

Refunds on Wine Purchases

Due to the nature of our products, refunds occur within 14 days after bottles are returned to our facility unopened. We do not pay for shipping of returned products, or refund payments if we are unable to restock the wine back into our inventory for any reason.

Security Statement: Hello Wine Respects Privacy

Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers or email addresses will receive information regarding their specific order, or upcoming specials. We do not share or trade member contact information with third party vendors, unless specified in specific contest rules.

The security of your personal information is our primary concern. We do not share your personal credit card or financial information with anyone. Your billing information is protected from the outside world and our shopping cart is encrypted for your protection.

Cancellation of Membership

There is no obligation, no membership fees, or cancellation fees as a member of Hello Wine. You may cancel at anytime by calling customer service 315.585.4432
