Winemaker's Direction: To create a high acid, fun, force carbonated rose for everyday bubbles.
Winemaker's Tasting Notes: Aromas of orange marmalade, cherry blossom, and honeysuckle appear on the nose. Notes of nectarine, blood orange, strawberry, and red plum shape the palate. The sweetness of the fruit is supported by bright acidity and refreshing bubbles.
On the Fly is a forced carbonated sparkling rose. Forced carbonated means the bubbles were "injected" into the wine using CO2 rather than created naturally through a secondary fermentation in the bottle.
