Tasting Notes: Hints of lilac and clover on the nose. Notes of Honeycrisp apple, Bartlett pear, candied lemon, toasted almond and hazelnut on the palate.

Winemaker's Direction: To make a refreshing, blanc de blancs, sparkling wine in the pétillant-natural style with a gentler bubble than is typical of traditional method.
