The 2016 Ad Hoc Riesling was picked, pressed, settled, and inoculated with cultured yeast strain SVG. The wine fermented for 2 weeks and fermentation was stopped by chilling the wine to 35 degrees F. The wine then remained on the fermentation lees for 13 months before the first racking. The wine was then filtered and bottled.

This is a full-bodied semi-dry style Riesling with incredible texture and round and rich mouthfeel. The nose has aromatics of fresh cut mango and golden raspberries with a weighty mid-palate of apricots and peaches with a finish of bright mouthwatering acidity.
