We created an incredibly rare treat, and Wine Enthusiast gave it 93 points (that's a really difficult score to get)!
Our Late Harvest Riesling Reserve isn't just wine; it’s liquid gold. We crafted this dessert wine in the challenging German style of Trockenbeerenauslese (translation = "dried berry selection"). The process relies on hand-sorted grapes that are overripe and naturally dried on the vine, achieving a level of concentration and richness that is unparalleled.
This wine is rich, complex, and intensely aromatic; bursting with flavors of clover honey, caramelized apple, and exotic tropical fruit. Best of all? It's built to age for decades, turning any cellar into a treasure chest.
Wine Enthusiast's reviewer Christina Pickard wrote
"This presents as a vibrant amber color, with a heady array of intriguing aromas from orange peel to candied lime to grilled pineapple. It’s incredibly viscous on the palate but a pop of orange-peel acidity keeps it remarkably fresh. Sip at just below room tempera ture by the thimbleful as a special treat. It would be a knockout with orange and dried fruit and nut desserts. —C.P. abv: 8%"
