Winemaker's Tasting Notes: Traditional Method sparkling wine with rich aromatics of apple and pear that finishes with a smooth, bright acid base. Notes of pineapple and citrus fruits. We call it a sparkling wine because only wines made in Champagne France can be labeled "Champagne."
