Shipping Policy
UPS Delivery:
UPS requires an adult signature for delivery of packages with alcohol. After your order is processed you will receive an email with UPS tracking. The tracking information will be updated when your package leaves our warehouse. Any note requesting the box to be left on the porch or in any other location will not be honored. We cannot control the time of the day that the delivery will be attempted. UPS will make 3 delivery attempts, if no one is able to sign after the 3rd attempt the packaged will be returned to Three Brothers Wineries. The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees for address changes or cancellations of shipments already in transit. We cannot ship to a PO Box.
We can ship our wine and cider to NY, PA, NC, NH, NJ, OH, CA, CO, CT, FL, IL, MA, MN, VT, ME, MO, VA, WV, DC, OR, WA, NV, MD, KY, AZ, MI, TX. We cannot ship over the max allowed by each state.
Beer can only be shipped in NY, VA, DC, PA, OH only. All beer orders must include minimum four 4-packs of beer (you can mix and match, does not include cider).
